Perspective Definition : a particular way of considering something Example :  Her attitude  lends  a fresh  perspective to the subject . Predict Definition : to say that an event or action will happen in the future, especially as a result of knowledge or experience Example : It 's still not possible to accurately predict the occurrence of earthquakes. Perseverance Definition : continued effort and determination Example : He became a champion at last in virtue of his perseverance. Significant Definition : importance or noticeable Example : There were two significant points of caution.

When the deadline is coming, the panic monster will appear and drive the monkey away, so that the rational decision maker will make all things done. But not everything has a deadline, so the panic monster won't show up every time.  I will prefer to work from home, because I will feel more comfortable and more focus on work. In home, I don't need to care about others view which make me feel stressed. Work from home, I can just be myself as long as I finish my tasks on time. And work from home can also save the transportation expenses.
